You must include all the required additional information when making an international order with us.
When you reach the checkout, all the countries we can ship to are listed. Once you have selected this, you will be asked to provide a valid EORI number. This is essential for producing commercial invoices required by the couriers and Border Authorities.
Please also note that all international shipments are sent on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Intercom. It means that you are responsible for paying any applicable Customs duties, charges and taxes at the destination country. These must be paid in full for Customs to release the shipment so it can reach your destination.
The cost of the delivery is applied at checkout. This is based on the weight of your order, there is not a set rate for international delivery. When making payment for your order, the invoice must be paid for in GBP, it cannot be converted into another currency. This is because the exchange rate does not consider the fees you have to pay for the transfer of goods.
For delivery outside the UK Mainland, e.g. Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight; please allow an extra working day for delivery. Estimated delivery time for all other international consignments is dependent on your location. After we have dispatched the order, it can take an additional 3-5 working days for your order to arrive with you.

If this is the case, don’t worry, you can still order from us!
A member of our team will need to create this order for you, so please get in touch by email. We can create your labels and then you can arrange for a collection, with a courier of your choosing, once production is complete. Please be aware that with this service, there will be an additional admin charge of £10 (EX VAT).
As mentioned above, the recipient is still responsible for all additional charges and taxes outside of the purchase of the labels themselves.
