We are in the process of regenerating our Vinyl Lab within our warehouse.
Phase One was bringing in the flatbed cutter to ensure an efficient cutting process. Phase Two was to replace our old eco-solvent printer with a brand-new UV printer.
There are many benefits to making this move but there are two major differences that this change will bring. The UV printer has an extended ink cabinet. The more colours to mix, the more accurate and vibrant the final print is compared to traditional CMYK printing. Th new press also has the ability to produce Matt and Gloss Embellishments, giving our customers the choice to opt for a more premium finish.
