If you are ordering with us internationally, once you have selected your delivery address at the checkout, you will be asked to provide an EORI number. EORI stands for “Economic Operators Registration and Identification”. This is an essential piece of information that we need from customers who are ordering with us overseas in Europe. The EORI number allows the commercial invoices to be produced, as required by the couriers and Border Authorities in the customs territory of the European Union. This relates to all types of customs operations including, export, import and transit. If a customer can provide an EORI number, they do not have to pay VAT on their order.
If you are an individual customer, not a business owner, and you don’t have an EORI number, you can still make an order with us. However, you will have to pay for VAT on the order and arrange for a collection with us. Once your order has been paid for and production is complete, we will contact you to let you know that your order is ready for collection. Then you can arrange for a courier of your choice to collect the order from us at the following address:
Flexi Labels
Unit 7 - 10 Newark East
Newark Road, Fengate
Peterborough
PE1 5WJ
We would recommend using a courier like parcel2go for a cost-effective selection. We can provide you with the following information on your order that you’ll need when booking a collection: the weight, dimensions of the box, how many boxes, our opening hours, the collection address, our VAT number and a commercial invoice with commodity codes. You will need to pay for any additional costs and all other information must be provided by yourself. We will also need you to send us shipping labels to print off and attach to your parcel.
For further information on how to arrange an order with Flexi Labels, please see our International Delivery Requirements blog or send us an email.
