Proofs are digital mock-ups of your artwork that our Design Team will send you for approval.
Proofs are only sent to customers that order printed products. Customers that have ordered plain products will not receive Proofs.
The Proof will include the Order Number, Product Code, Label Dimensions, Material, Quantity and details for any Special Finishes.
The order will not proceed to print until the Proof has been approved. The order will remain pending until the Design Team receives confirmation in writing.
Proofs are sent out within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Please let us know if you require a job quickly before placing the order, and we will try to expedite the Proofs internally.
