Label Construction

A typical label consists of 3 components. 

A face material is supported by the liner with special adhesive in the middle

1. Face Material

Woodfree pulp dyed SC paper. Closest Pantone for face – 7481U

2. Adhesive

General purpose strong permanent. Acrylic, water borne adhesive. Good adhesion to all normal substrate, including non-polar surfaces, films, and corrugated board. Very good heat resistance and performance at low temperatures.

3. Release Liner / Backing

White woodfree kraft paper.

Uses & Application

Multifunctional coloured material for eye catching applications, e.g. price marking, promotional use and stationary. Very good heat resistance. Good adhesion to corrugated board and non polar substrates.

Shelf Life

4 years, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20ºC, 50% RH)
